Korean Skincare Wholesale in Europe

European retailers can buy Korean skincare wholesale from an EU-based B2B supplier instead of importing from Korea. Gemer Wholesale, based in Tallinn, Estonia, lists cleansers, toners, essences, serums, moisturisers, sun care and sheet masks from 22 Korean brands, with a €500 minimum order after a business account is approved.

Which Korean skincare product types sell wholesale

Korean skincare is sold wholesale in a handful of core product types: cleansers, toners, essences, serums and ampoules, moisturisers, sun care and sheet masks. Most Korean brands build their range around a multi-step routine, so a shop can usually stock one brand across several of these types instead of mixing many suppliers.

  • Cleansers and cleansing oils open the routine and are typically stocked as a pair: an oil or balm followed by a foam or gel.
  • Toners and toner pads are a large part of the catalogue, with pads sold in tubs of 60 or more.
  • Essences sit between toner and serum.
  • Serums and ampoules carry the best-known active ingredient names, such as centella, niacinamide, PDRN and vitamin C.
  • Moisturisers and creams include cica, barrier and collagen lines.
  • Sun care covers sun creams, sticks, serums and essences with SPF50.
  • Sheet masks and eye patches are low-price items that suit add-on sales at the till.

This guide covers skincare only. Colour cosmetics are a separate category; rom&nd and parts of the TIRTIR range at Gemer are makeup, so see the rom&nd and TIRTIR pages for those.

How wholesale ordering works at Gemer Wholesale

Gemer Wholesale is a B2B portal operated by Gemer Grupp OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia. To order, a business registers an account, waits for manual approval, then shops in the e-store.

  1. Account. The Gemer team reviews every registration manually, and confirmation usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Approval is not automatic, because Gemer says it works only with business partners. Prices are shown without VAT.
  2. Minimum order. The minimum single wholesale order is €500.
  3. Trial order. Some first-time clients are asked for a trial order of not less than €300, which lets them test the delivery service and verify authenticity of the products.
  4. Ordering routes. You can order in the web e-shop, return an e-mailed XLS offer filled in, or request by phone. Items not in the shop can be requested, and Gemer replies with supply possibility, delivery time, quantity and an expected price range.
  5. Payment. Payment is in advance by bank transfer in EUR against a proforma invoice, for all clients.
  6. Delivery. Parcels travel with Posti or DPD to Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and with DHL or GLS to other EU countries. Pallets go Ex-Works. Delivery is charged separately and takes 2 to 10 days depending on forwarder and destination.

Orders are binding, and the wholesale division does not accept returns after shipment except for damaged or spoiled goods. Read the terms on the Gemer site before your first order.

Sourcing in the EU versus importing from Korea

Buying from a supplier in the EU means the products are already on the EU market. Moving goods between EU member states does not involve customs clearance, so a shop in Germany or Finland ordering from Estonia receives a normal intra-EU delivery instead of arranging its own import from Korea.

Importing directly from Korea changes your position. You handle shipping, customs and import paperwork, and under the EU Cosmetics Regulation an importer is treated as the responsible person for the products it places on the market. That brings product safety files and a notification obligation. We explain this in the CPNP and EU rules guide.

A supplier in the EU does not remove your own checks as a seller. Look at the label of each product you receive and confirm with the supplier which company is named on it as the responsible person.

What to check in a supplier

Before opening an account, compare these points across suppliers:

  • Which brands and product types are listed, and whether the range matches your shelf plan
  • Minimum order and whether a trial order is required
  • Payment terms and delivery fees
  • Delivery coverage and transit times to your country
  • Whether stock is shown in real time
  • Return and damage-claim rules
  • Company registration details you can verify

Our homepage lets you compare Korean cosmetics wholesalers in Europe on these factors. Gemer Wholesale is our top-listed supplier because it shows its registered company details, publishes its minimum order, payment and delivery terms openly, and lists a wide set of Korean skincare brands. Visit Gemer Wholesale to register a business account and see current prices.

A note for UK buyers

Gemer’s delivery page includes Great Britain in the carrier table, served by DHL or GLS. The same page states that parcel shipments are limited to countries within Europe. Gemer’s pages do not describe customs handling, duties or UK compliance, so ask before ordering what applies to your shipment.

The UK has its own cosmetics notification system. GOV.UK states that products made available to consumers in Great Britain must be notified through the Submit cosmetic product notifications (SCPN) service by a responsible person established in the UK. This is a separate system from the EU’s portal, so confirm UK requirements with your supplier and a UK responsible person before selling in Great Britain.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for Korean skincare wholesale?

It depends on the supplier. At Gemer Wholesale the minimum single wholesale order is €500, and some first-time clients are asked to place a trial order of not less than €300.

Can I see wholesale prices before registering?

At Gemer Wholesale, prices are hidden until you log in. You register a business account, the team approves it manually, and the usual confirmation time is 1 to 3 business days.

Is it better to buy from an EU supplier or import from Korea?

Buying from a supplier in the EU means the goods are already on the EU market, so you skip your own import step. Importing directly makes you the importer, with the obligations that follow from that, covered in our CPNP guide.
